VP Sales & Marketing Mark Fields, Business Development Kevin Harrison, and Marketing Manager Katherine Roach are attending the Global Security Exchange (GSX) Security Conference & Expo this week. The purpose of this event is to bring together leaders from all over the world who are involved in the security industry to network with other leaders, learn about the industry's developments, and discover how to continuously improve the industry.
During this five-day conference, over 20,000 attendees from more than 110 different countries will have the opportunity to interact with over 550 exhibitors and listen to over 300 sessions that will teach them how to shape their companies' security strategies. By attending this conference, Fields, Harrison, and Roach hope to gain a better understanding of who the key players are within this industry and what major products are being offered in the industrial and commercial security space. But most importantly, they hope to maintain current relationships along with developing new ones with potential customers.
"We plan to connect with our current customers to discuss MSSI and DropBox product performance. But at the same time, we want to develop new relationships by networking and introducing MSSI products to new clientele and customers," Fields stated. "We are looking forward to the opportunity to meet experts and customers within the security industry to better understand how our products may fit not only into existing applications but new applications as well," he continued.
Overall, representatives from DropBox Inc. and MSSI are attending this conference because it allows each company to stay "top of mind" to other companies that may be looking for a perimeter security solution while also helping us learn how to promote ourselves better by networking with companies who are also in the security industry.
