DropBox Inc. Portable Restrooms in Shipping Container Modifications

DropBox Inc. has been building portable restroom trailers out of ISO shipping containers since 2002. Since then DropBox Inc. has built its' version of the modular running water restroom, the Sanitation Station, in a number of sizes. Ranging from small eight foot wide by twenty foot long units up to forty-five foot high cube (pictured below) models DropBox Inc. has solidified it's name in the shipping container modification industry. Custom shipping container modifications that are to become portable restroom trailers, like most Sanitation Stations are fully insulated, climated controlled, and plumbed to be self contained or tie into existing water and sewer lines at their intended site. The customization of these units and the flexibility of the DropBox Inc. Design/Build team has secured the manufacturing of nearly 200 of these units over the last 10 years.
Just recently DropBox Inc. received a purchase order for eight of these portable restroom trailers from a major industrial construction company that plans on using the units at a number of their projects over the next few years. Given the customer specs these units will be self contained with separate holding tanks for fresh water and waste water. Given the remote location where these Sanitation Stations are to be used the portability and self containment capabilities were exactly what the customer required for their site.
