DropBox Inc. Continues Custom 30' by 10' Portable Office

DropBox Inc. recently reported in the Shipping Container Modification Blog about a project to manufacturer three custom 30' long by 10' wide modular offices. Since the original post the project has seen a great deal of progress and is nearly complete. Once the steel frame of these units was built the outer wall of these soon to be portable offices were welded on using massive steel sheets. For the interior of the walls aluminum 2" x 4" were studded in before insulation and the wood wall finishings. Once the walls in the modular office were installed they were painted to meet customer specification.
Once the walls of the 30' x 10' custom shipping container office were painted all electrical conduit, over head lighting, and other electrical components were installed. All that's left for these custom shipping container offices is to be painted and shipped to the customer. These custom offices from shipping containers are an intregal part of DropBox Inc. business model.
