DropBox Inc. Prepares for Military Trade Show FPED VIII

Force Protection Equipment Demonstration VIII (FPED VIII) will be underway May 17-19 at the Stafford Regional Airport in Stafford, Virginia. At the show DropBox Inc. will be amongst the 575 exhibitors demonstrating a wide array of technologies with everything from remote operated weapons and tanks to custom ISO shipping container modifications. For a number of years the United States military and armed forces around the world have utilized the innumerable benefits of ISO shipping container modifications.
Given the standardized dimensions of ISO shipping containers and the rigidity of the steel they are manufactured from it is easy for people to see the benefit of using them in a number of functions. For everything from living quarters which are commonly referred to in the military as Containerized Housing Units (C.H.U.) to customizable storage facilities for weapons and chemical storage ISO shipping containers have become a standard fixture in the military. For this very reason DropBox Inc. and it's brother company Modular Security Systems Inc. will be occupying a 40' by 50' space at FPED VIII.
