Wade M. Kozich, CPA
Wade Kozich joined the Board of Advisors for MSSi in 2012 and has been working for GBQ since 1976 where in 1981 he became a Partner with the Firm. He assumed the duties of Managing Director at GBQ in 1996 and was named Senior Director in 2010.
As Senior Director, Wade continues to provide the same passion and vision that
helped GBQ become the largest independent CPA firm in Central Ohio. Wade’s
focus is passionately serving our clients as well as focusing on various practice development initiatives. One of Wade’s favorite tasks is to spend time with as many of our Top 100 clients as possible to make sure we are meeting and exceeding their expectations and bringing value to their companies.
Wade has continuously maintained his role as a practice partner and provides business and financial advice to a number of clients, most notably in the areas of retailing, wholesaling, contracting, manufacturing and service companies. He also spends a significant amount of time with mergers and acquisitions, succession planning issues, strategic planning and various dispute resolution issues.
A native Buckeye, Wade spent his college years elsewhere attending the U.S. Naval Academy and The California State University at Hayward. Returning to his home state, he began his public accounting career in Cleveland with the largest
independent accounting firm in Cleveland where he spent three years before joining GBQ. Wade serves as a Chair of the United Way Campaign Cabinet in Central Ohio. He is a member of The Athletic Club of Columbus and Wedgewood Country Club.
Wade is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
